1. Using standard rcon command, which will work on all servers
2. Using punkbuster (preferred) which will ban on punkbuster enabled servers
3. Ban using guid (only works on punkbuster enabled servers)

We recommend using punkbuster version, because here you can give a both public and private reason why you're banning. 

Using standard rcon way

Click Ban/"Ban selected player" (or right click the player)


Fill in information. If you want to show a message to the user (or all) before banning, check "Show message to user before banning" and enter the text in the messagebox. If you check "Colorize message", the message will be shown in 5 different colors to attract attention.

Please notice the image on the "Send to server" button. This means that clicking this button will send the command to the server.

Using punkbuster way

Select "Punkbuster ban selected player" from the Ban menu or right click the selected player.

Select the servers you want to ban the player. Fill in a ban reason (public reason, which the player will see) and optional a private reason (not visible to player). You can take a screenshot of the players screen, but notice that the image is stored on the server, so you need to have e.g. a FTP connection to the server, to watch the image.

Click "Send to server" to ban the player.

Ban using guid

Select "Punkbuster ban guid" from the Ban menu or right click the selected player.

Select the servers you want to ban the player. Fill in a guid, name (optional) and a IP (optional). Also type in ban reason (public reason, which the player will see) and optional a private reason (not visible to player).

Click "Send to server" to ban the guid.
